CHALLENGE

Since its establishment in 1948, AIESEC has contributed to the development of more than one million leaders worldwide across 120 countries and territories. The impact of the organisation can be seen through our alumni who represent business, NGO and world leaders, including one Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Martti Ahtisaari of Finland.

AIESEC was on a mission to redefine how the AIESEC brand communicates to the world, ensuring that the brand is always consistent while fresh and catchy, sharing theirs believes that youth is the key to shaping a better future.

RESPONSIBILITY

Dandy was selected as the lead brand designer for the AIESEC International Rebranding project. Together with the global team, the project aims to refresh and create a new brand design to stay aligned with the current global market.  His work covers design research, creation of the new brand guideline, product logos and animation, visual identities, and design assets.

RESULT

Due to the pandemic, instead of working in Montreal, Canada, I need to adapt to remote work from Jakarta, Indonesia. Despite 11 hours difference between the two countries and the changing timeline, the team successfully delivered and launched the new global brand guidelines to 120 countries and entities representatives, all in three months.
